Prior to joining Acera, Neal was a math teacher in California. He has worked as a Fellow for the California Department of Education, served in the Navy as a hospital corpsman, and has several years of experience working in business. As a school counselor and math teacher, Neal is looking forward to helping create a nurturing environment where Acera students feel supported. Neal loves to spend time in nature with his wife and three daughters hiking, paddle boarding, and gardening.
