Linwood Harper is an arts, technology, and music education professional with extensive experience in digital media, performance-based learning, and youth development across Greater Boston. In addition to his work teaching at Acera, Linwood serves as Academy Coordinator for City Music Boston at Berklee College of Music, where he oversees scheduling, audiovisual systems, technology curriculum, and stage management while working closely with Boston Public Schools and supporting more than 100 K–12 students. Linwood has helped prepare students for performances at major venues including TD Garden, the Berklee Performance Center, the House of Blues, and Fenway Park, and he is currently piloting a hands-on recording studio technology curriculum at Boston Arts Academy.
Earlier in his career, Linwood held roles as Technology Coordinator at Fenway High School, Teen Media Coordinator at the Community Art Center in Cambridge, and Associate Producer of New Media Marketing at Reebok. Across these roles, he has developed innovative curricula, mentored students in audio and video production, and built pathways that connect creative work with real-world professional experience. Linwood is passionate about empowering young people through project-based learning, creative technology, and authentic performance opportunities.
