Tuition and Financial Aid

The tuition costs for the 2025-2026 school year are set at $37,350 for Lower School (Grades K-5) and $39,950 for Upper School (Grades 6-9), enabling us to provide a high-quality educational experience for our students.
New students will incur a one-time facility fee of $4,000 in addition to the total tuition cost.
Acera understands the sacrifices families make to attend independent schools. We offer a limited number of need-based financial aid awards, capping tuition at about $17,000 per year.
We collaborate with School and Student Services (SSS) for our financial aid process. Awards are based on demonstrated need. Both new and returning families must complete the required SSS paperwork, including a financial aid application, recent tax return, and recent pay stub(s). Families need to reapply each year. As of 2025, we’ve provided financial aid to 90% of families who apply by the deadline and demonstrate financial need.
We value diversity in our school community, and include a Diversity Scholarship Fund as part of our Financial Aid program. These funds enable us to expand the financial aid we offer families who qualify for this program. Diversity scholarship funds are awarded through our financial aid process, using the “SSS” tool to calculate an Estimated Family Contribution (EFC). This data helps us determine eligibility and allocation of scholarship support. The fund was initially catalyzed and launched in June 2020 through the generous donation of an anonymous Acera family.
