Attend an Acera Parent Information Session Presentation & Tour

Submit the Acera application for admission through the Ravenna Hub

Submit one of the following assessments: Neuropsychological Report, WISC-V, WPPSI-IV, SB-5, WJ-IV, or ISEE

Provide current and past year report cards

Provide two recommendations

Schedule a parent interview
