Carol Fallon

Carol is a seasoned finance and operations professional with deep experience in both financial management and human resources. She joins Acera from Alcanza Clinical Research, where she served as Director of Finance, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Carol has also held senior finance roles at a Burlington-based CPA firm, the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy, a global industrial technology company, and a regional moving and storage company. Throughout her career, she has led cross-functional teams, implemented HR systems and policies, and built infrastructure to support organizational growth. At Acera, Carol oversees the financial and HR functions that support both our core day school, our enrichment programs and AceraEI.
